ABOUT MR KAGIMU
George Fred Kagimu is a seasoned politician and entrepreneur vying for the Member of Parliament seat in Mukono Municipality. With extensive experience in leadership and community service, Kagimu is well-equipped to drive progress and development in the municipality.
His Achievements:
- As Mayor of Mukono Municipality (2016-2021), Kagimu successfully implemented various projects, including
- Master Physical Planning: Developing a comprehensive plan for 60% of the municipality
- Infrastructure Development: Building a Youth Centre, purchasing new vehicles, including an ambulance, and improving road connectivity
- Environmental Conservation: Planting 20 kilometers of street trees and enhancing garbage collection and management systems
- Healthcare Improvement: Upgrading the health center IV to a general hospital
